Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available on-line or at The Institute. We offer nonrefundable gift certificates for any service or dollar amount.
Appointments
Please arrive 20-minutes prior to your appointment to ensure your service is received in its entirety. You will need to check-in and change into a Spa Robe & Slippers. You may even wish to shower, steam or just relax with a cup of tea before your treatments.
Cancellations
All Spa & Wellness appointments must be held with a valid credit card. We require a minimum of 24 hours prior notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment to avoid a 50% service fee assessed to your credit card. Please ask for your cancellation number when giving the courtesy of 24 hours notice.
Payment
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Travelers Checks, valid TKI Gift Certificates or Cash. Cash only gratuities are graciously accepted.
Retail Policy
Should the need arise to exchange a product we ask that the return be made within seven days. A product exchange or Institute credit will be made available.
Lost Items
We regret that we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged personal articles.
No Smoking
Because we care about your health and beauty as well as our environment, the Tiffani Kim Institute is a smoke-free facility.
Parking
Valet parking will be available to our customers during our hours of service.
