1.       To secure your privacy and confidentiality, you must first receive a client ID# and a case sensitive password from the salon (you may either call us at 312.260.9000, or email us at info@tiffanikiminsitute.com) Do not attempt to book an appointment for yourself with someone else's ID#.


2. After you log on please update your client fIle (Including your e-mail address-- you may also change your password). Passwords are up to 13 characters (remember your password). If you forget your password, you can get it in person at the salon, by e-mail or by regular mail.

3. Follow the step by step directions for reserving an appointment.

4. Make sure you print your confirmation number. Any cancellations, or changes to appointment must be done within 24 hours of appointment time.

5. Cancellations and changes cannot be made online; please call Tiffani Kim Institute during business hours.

Note that you can also check your client history and pending appointments with Tiffani Kim Institute by using this online booking feature. Also, you may update your client information (such as your address, phone no., etc.) and change your online booking password by clicking on the "Change My Info" tab on the online booking login screen. We recommend that you change your password as soon as possible to something that is unique but easy to remember. Changing your password will protect the confidentiality of your client history and appointment information.

2. Most, but not all, services may be booked online. Packages may not be booked on line due to complexities of scheduling multiple individual services. Please call Tiffani Kim Institute at 312.260.9000 to schedule your packages.
