Targets specific area such as neck and lower back.  Anyone who experiences chronic tension in and around joints will enjoy relief from problematic areas where you hold your stress.  This is a slightly more intense massage and may leave those who are not accustomed to massage sore for a day or two.  You are advised to drink plenty of water to avoid excessive soreness.

A specialty at the Tiffani Kim Institute. Experience the relaxing effect on tense muscles, as our smooth massage stones are warmed in a thermal unit to 135 degrees, then used as tools in a Swedish-style massage using long fluid strokes. Stones are placed in specific areas of tension - along the back, palms of the hands and the ankles - which creates a sense of peace and relaxation for your mind, body and soul. Our Serenity Stone Massage also utilizes the benefits of alternating hot and cold therapies with frozen stones for those with a specific need.  Also available with Deep Tissue Massage $125 (60min) or $155 (90min)

Lymphatic Drainage $120 (60min) or $150 (90min)
