Ms. Jacklyn Kim is the key individual responsible for overseeing the daily operations and development of new services for the Institute. Before the founding of the Institute, Ms. Kim was responsible for opening and launching showrooms across the country for the Tiffani Kim couture and design line, which helped hone her skills for developing a business and brand name from concept to start-up and beyond.

 

In 1996, Ms. Kim became a partner of the Tiffani Kim Institute and helped launch the spa and boutique. Today, Ms. Kim remains a partner and is the Spa/Boutique Director of both the flagship location on Superior St. in the River North district of Chicago and the Michigan Avenue location inside the Park Hyatt hotel. She is responsible for incorporating spa-related services into medical wellness treatments, and for making the Tiffani Kim Institute a world-recognized and internationally acclaimed spa. She is also responsible for managing all the marketing, customer service and promotional/media efforts related to the Institute. Along with Tiffani Kim Griffith, she helped forge and develop the Institute’s partnership with Northwestern Memorial Physician’s Group to combine medical wellness and spa services under one roof.

Over the years, Ms. Kim and the Institute have been recognized by many national and international magazines, newspapers, and television stations including Harper’s Bazaar, Time, Allure, Vogue, American Spa, Spa Magazine, Crane’s Business Review, Self, the E! Channel, and others noting her accomplishments and the benefits her company has given to many people in the community. Jacklyn Kim graduated from Loyola University of Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Design and a minor in Business Management.
