Sun must be avoided.

Due to the fact that we are trying to eliminate the damaged caused by the sun, exposing oneself to it will cause the results to reverse therefore making the treatment not as effective

Self tanners -- After the series, self tanners may be used.

During the treatments anything that can cause a change in skin tone must be avoided.
-
Retin-A products

These products are resurfacing agents. These products thin the skin and may cause burns if used during treatment

The actual treatment takes about 30min.
What is expected during the treatment?
At your first treatment, you will be escorted to a treatment room by the technician.
The technician will review medical history, changes and any further questions.
You will be instructed to lie down on the bed. The area to be treated will be cleaned and then covered in a clear cooling gel; you will be provided with protective eyewear that will be worn throughout the treatment. A device that blows cold air may be provided to ease the discomfort. A few test spots will be performed to assure an effective and safe treatment. Then several passes over the skin will be performed.
